The product range varies from M4 up to M22. Mertsom is well-known with high quality produc-tion, flexibility through integrated manufacturing.

Mertsom produces wide variety of products mainly to automotive, white goods, construction, agriculture. It has production in one site (Istan-bul). Mertsom could produce both standardized and special cold formed fasteners like nuts, bush-es. Production capacity is increasing day by day; currently 5 million pieces are being produced daily. Mertsom can do all production process-es in-house, which brings flexibility in terms of timing and cost. (Sorting, secondary operations, heat treatment etc.) In addition, several coatings could be applied like Dörken, Magni, MacDermid, Coventya, 3M, Nylok and Omnimask.
